Gateway Key Worker
£20,888 (annual, pro rata)
Part-time (30 hours per week: Tuesday-Friday)
Contract: 6 months FTC
Location: Gateway Women’s Centre, 52 Station Road, BN41 1DF
Reporting relationship: Adult Services Lead
This role plays a key part in the day-to-day delivery of the work of Gateway. Working alongside the team you will carry out practical tasks to serve our clients as well as providing direct support and signposting on areas such as housing, welfare, local services and mental health.
As well as practical support and activities, you will take part in and lead activities that share the gospel with our clients and contribute to their social and spiritual wellbeing.
Please note: A requirement of the role is for the post-holder to be a woman and a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

This role positions Off The Fence to harness those growing opportunities, building a strong legacy pipeline, cultivating major donors, and developing high‑value partnerships.
We are seeking a strategic, relational, and theologically literate fundraiser who is deeply motivated by mission. As Legacies, Philanthropy & Partnership Lead, you will drive income growth across the UK’s most resilient funding streams, working closely with the CEO to secure the financial foundations for our ambitious 10‑year vision.
