Adult Services Lead
£35,700-£42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Gateway Women’s Centre, 52 Station Road, BN41 1DF & Antifreeze Day Centre, 37 Portland Road, BN3 5DQ (a minimum of two days onsite per service each week)
Reporting relationship: Chief Operations Officer
This is a senior leadership role managing our two flagship frontline services. You will lead 6-8 key workers and 30+ volunteers across two sites, overseeing day centre operations, street outreach, one-to-one keywork, group activities, and strategic initiatives.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you'll shape trauma-informed, dignity-centred services whilst contributing to our longer-term vision of tackling root causes of poverty. You will develop our services to be ready for new initiatives around housing and community-based support. In addition, you will have the role of Deputy Safeguarding Lead for the wider organisation.

Antifreeze Key Worker
£15,210 (pro rata, £25,350 FTE)
Part-time (22.5 hrs a week: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, including some evening work depending on rota)
Location: Antifreeze Centre, 37 Portland Road, BN3 5DQ
Reporting relationship: Adult Services Lead
This role plays a key part in the day-to-day delivery of the work of Antifreeze. Working alongside the team, you will carry out practical tasks to serve our clients as well as providing direct support and signposting on areas such as housing, welfare, local services and mental health.
As well as practical support and activities, you will take part in and lead activities that share the gospel with our clients and contribute to their social and spiritual well-being.
